Established in 1986, St. Luke ECC has become a trusted part of our community, providing a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning. We nurture the whole child through hands-on exploration, creativity, and a Catholic-centered environment.
We are blessed with a dedicated team of teachers and administrators, many of whom have been part of the St. Luke family for years. Several members of our staff are also parents of former St. Luke ECC preschoolers and feel a special calling to serve our school community. We are also honored to have many alumni children now attending our center — a true testament to the lasting impact and trust families place in St. Luke ECC.
All teachers and administrators are trained in First Aid, CPR, and Crisis Response. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of excellence in early childhood education.
Our Team
Stephanie Murphy, Director
Miss Stephanie has been part of St. Luke ECC since 2003. With all four of her children having attended the preschool, St. Luke holds a special place in her heart both personally and professionally. She values being part of a dedicated team and finds great joy in helping create a nurturing, faith-filled environment for young children and their families.
Miss Diane, VPK Teacher
Miss Diane has been a beloved member of the St. Luke ECC family since 1992. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Development and Education and has a true passion for working with young children. Miss Diane loves sharing in the excitement of discovery and watching our preschoolers learn, grow, and gain confidence each day.
Miss Susan, VPK Assistant
Miss Susan has taught at St. Luke since 1999. She has a Child Development Associate degree and loves working with children each day. She is originally from North Dakota… a long way from sunny Florida.
Miss Mariza, VPK Teacher
Miss Mariza brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a love of learning to the classroom each day. She enjoys creating engaging experiences that encourage our preschoolers to explore, build confidence, and develop the skills they need for kindergarten.
Miss Leah, Three’s Teacher
Miss Leah joined the St. Luke ECC family in 2024 and brings more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education. She is passionate about creating a warm, nurturing classroom where preschoolers feel happy, confident, and excited to learn. Miss Leah enjoys helping each child grow, discover, and thrive throughout the school year.
Miss Janelle, Three’s Assistant
Miss Janelle brings a caring and positive presence to the classroom and enjoys helping our preschoolers learn, grow, and develop new friendships. Miss Janelle loves being part of the St. Luke ECC community and supporting our children as they explore, play, and discover each day.
Miss Kari, Two’s Teacher
Miss Kari joined our team in 2023 and loves being with our youngest little learners. Four of her six children attended St. Luke and she feels very humbled and blessed to be able to give back to our school family that has given her family so much love and support over the years.
Miss Laura, Two’s Assistant
Miss Laura is an Assistant Teacher in our 2’s class and a longtime member of the St. Luke ECC family. Her own children attended our preschool, giving her a special connection to our school and its community. She enjoys working with our youngest preschoolers and helping create a warm, nurturing environment where they can learn, play, and grow.
